Matcha and spirulina latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp of spirulina
  • 2 tsp of matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp of raw sugar (optional)

Steps

  1. In a small pot combine 1 cup of plant-based milk, 1 tsp of spirulina, 2 tsp of matcha powder and 1 tbsp of raw sugar (fif adding it)
  2. Cook on medium/high until it starts smoking while continuously whisking it, around 5 min.
  3. Turn off the heat and transfer to a mug, enjoy!
